LevelTech Consulting Group is looking for self-motivated and career-minded visionaries to join our executive team. All team members must first complete our management training program that consists of a 6-10 month, 3 phase management training program. The training program provides in depth training in sales & marketing campaign management.
Phase 1: Account Executive
The first phase is an orientation into sales & marketing. Account Executives will be trained in all aspects of business or residential sales & marketing. The skills that are learned in this introductory phase will be the foundation for the career to follow.

Phase 2: Corporate Trainer/Leader
The second phase of training is designed to be a crash course in one on one and team management. In this phase Corporate Trainers/Leaders will get hands on experience in managing a small team of people. Phase 3: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager Phase is the final phase of training. Assistant Managers are still responsible for the same aspects of the above 2 phases but will now learn the back end work that is involved with managing a sales & marketing campaign for our clients. They will also be given the opportunity to travel around the U.S. for conferences and leaders conventions.

Upon successful completion of the management training program, a rookie manager will be assigned an office and a client. This will entail leading a team of 20-30 people overseeing a multi-billion dollar marketing campaign.
